About Kelly Evans

Hello!

My name is Kelly Evans. My husband, daughter, and I moved to Oak Island, NC full time in 2019, but have enjoyed Coastal North Carolina for many years.

Having to downsize when moving to Oak Island, I understand how difficult downsizing can be. To this day, we still tweak our organization systems to make better use of a smaller space.

With over 20+ years in the nursing field, I understand the pressures of a busy family and the impact a well-organized home. I have helped clients move in and out of homes as well as creating plans for downsizing, and have worked closely with older clients in their season of life as well.

I love making people feel more in control of their homes, and thereby, their lives. After all, our homes are optimal spaces when they help us to retreat, refuel, and be our best selves!
